When a Grace member or attendee enters the hospital, the church office should be contacted at 236.9137 with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Name of hospital/medical facility
  • Date and time of procedure
  • Time of check-in
  • Place to report (outpatient, front-desk, admissions, same-day, etc.)
 

Volunteers to assist with visitations are always welcome.
