Prayer Requests

 
God’s Word is full of His promises to hear and respond to our prayers. He also tells us to share our prayers. Your prayer requests are welcome at Grace Church. They are treated with care and confidentiality. God’s answers to our requests fill us with praise for His goodness and encourage us to pray with even more confidence.
 
Submit your prayer requests in one of the following ways:
 
(1) Email your prayer request to graceoffice@bellsouth.net. 
(2) If you have an urgent need, contact the Pastor on Call at 859-236-9137.
(3) Fill out the Prayer Request tear off in your worship folder.
 
 

 

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Meets the 2nd Monday of each month at the home of Joyce Duckworth
 
A prayer shawl or prayer cover is meant to bring comfort to the wearer, and an awareness of God's presence in our daily lives.  God knows our deepest needs, and we trust in God's promise to sustain us.The person who creates the prayer shawl prays while knitting.  That person may or may not know the name or circumstances of the person who will receive the shawl, but every stitch is combined with prayer.Whether in times of distress or moments of joy, a prayer shawl can be a reminder of God's love.  When it rests on the shoulders of the recipient, it provides comfort, warmth and a sense of peace knowing they are covered in prayer.
